DR DAN MCKERROW 

Bachelor Veteriary Science / Bachelor Veterinary Biology 

Looking for a locum vet? You’ve found the one! Whether it’s a last minute single day booking, or a month long posting, Dr Dan can help you out! 

Growing up on a farm in rural NSW, Dr Dan developed a love and care for animals, he always knew he wanted to become a vet! After graduating from Charles Sturt University in 2016 he’s worked in a wide range of small animal general practices across Australia. 

Dr Dan is comfortable with sole charge, efficient on a busy schedule and enjoys the challenges general practice brings. Dr Dan always strives to provide gold standard medical and surgical care and will also bill your clients accordingly, making him a profitable asset to any small animal clinic. 

Dr Dan has a special interest in surgery, and is competent in most general practice surgical presentations including: ovariohysterectomy, orchiectomy (including cryptorchid), surgical dental extractions, lumpectomy, mastectomy, splenectomy, gastrotomy, gastropexy, enterotomy, enterectomy, cystotomy, traumatic wound exploration/closure and toe/tail/leg amputation.
